Results depend on your market, offer, budget, and execution - nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes. Concrete deliverables, timelines, and terms for actual engagements are set in a written agreement before any work begins.
Engagements & payment
Marketing partnerships, website builds, and custom software projects are each governed by their own written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site. The free Growth Diagnostic carries no payment obligation and no commitment to continue.
Intellectual property
The Black Palm Studios name, palm mark, and the design and copy of this site belong to us. For custom software engagements, ownership of the delivered build transfers to you as set out in the project agreement - that is the point of the offering.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Palm Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability in actual engagements is defined in the applicable written agreement.
