Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to help your business, and we never sell it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you request a Revenue Map, apply for a partnership, or book a call, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, and anything you write about your business. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly also processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be on one.
Form processing
Our contact form is delivered via FormSubmit, which transmits your submission to our inbox and does not retain it for its own purposes. Your submission travels over an encrypted connection.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic - pages visited and rough geography. We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build individual profiles of visitors.
Data retention & your rights
We keep inquiry emails only as long as they are useful for serving you. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you - email hello@blackpalmstudios.com and we will act on it promptly.
